1. White Gravy - boiled onions with ground cashew nuts and grated coconut BLEND
2. Red Gravy - sauté onions, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and blended coconut
3. Yellow Gravy - sauté onions, turmeric powder, green chillis, coriander powder, and blended coconut
4. Green Gravy - sauté onions, green chillis, blanched spinach, blanched mint, and coriander powder
5. Brown Gravy - sauté onions and tomato, add garlic, ginger, turmeric, coriander, red chillis, and cumin seeds
Masala Tea of Coffee - when you are sick or during monsoon season, you are suggested to drink at least one cup of masala tea or coffee (whichever you prefer) a day
- Make your normal tea or coffee and add a minimum of one teaspoon of dried ginger and/or crushed black pepper. The tea will sooth your throat while helping you fight of other colds
